The 7TH Environmental Protection Art Creation Competition

The 7th Environmental Protection Art Creation Competition is an international public welfare design event hosted by the American Association for Cultural and Art Exchange (ACAE) in the United States, China, and New Zealand, and organized by the American Association for Cultural and Art Exchange.

Currently, the seventh edition is underway simultaneously in the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and China (including Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan), reaching millions of designers and environmentalists. The competition has a clear theme, advocating for environmental design concepts. This international competition aims to promote and encourage the integration of environmental protection concepts and sustainable practices in the field of design. It provides a platform for designers worldwide to showcase their innovative ideas and solutions that contribute to environmental sustainability. The competition not only highlights the importance of environmental protection but also the power of design in advocating and driving change for a more sustainable future.

Thematic:

“Fusion Future: A Dialogue Between Design and Environment”

The theme of this competition is “Inclusive Future: Dialogues between Design and Environment”. It aims to explore the possibility of harmonious coexistence between humans and the environment through design. Especially in the issue of Japan’s discharge of nuclear wastewater, we hope your design can propose unique perspectives and solutions, making design a powerful tool for environmental protection, and creating more possibilities for our future.

The design of the contestants should be based on the theme of “Inclusive Future: Dialogues between Design and Environment”. First of all, it’s necessary to deeply understand and study this topic, and clarify the goal and direction of the design. In the design process, consider as much as possible about environmental protection, sustainability, and the harmonious coexistence of humans and the environment. For the issue of Japan’s discharge of nuclear wastewater, innovative solutions can be proposed from multiple angles such as technology, society, and economy. The design should not only be innovative, but also practical and feasible. The result of the design should be a plan that can be implemented in real life, not just a theoretical concept. Finally, the design of the contestants should be able to draw people’s attention to environmental issues, stimulate public environmental awareness, and promote the implementation of environmental protection actions.
